We are a UK-based store offering printed clothing products fulfilled through a third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) partner. Each item is made to order and shipped directly to you.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian supervision to use our store.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account and contact information.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • All products are custom-made by our POD partner upon receiving your order.
  • Production time typically takes 1–5 business days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery to UK addresses usually takes 10–12 days.
  • Orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and packaging logistics.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT where stated.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full rights to the original designs you upload or submit to us.
  • By submitting designs, you grant us and our POD partner the right to use them for order fulfillment and shipping purposes only.

6. Quality & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof (e.g., photo or video) may be required.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Shipping & Customs

  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please allow up to 15 days total from order date to delivery.
  • Our POD partner ships using standard courier services with tracking.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping providers or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
